How To Make Money From Home Using Adsense?

If you want to know how to make money from home using Google's Adsense program here is a simple explanation:

First you have to have a website or blog and you have to make sure that your sites will be able to have the Google Adsense ads on them. Not ALL hosting sites let you to be able to add Adsense ads to them!

One you have your website or blog you can then submit it to Google's Adsense program. They will need to know this information because they will first have to review and approve your site before you can be accepted into the Adsense program.

Once your site has been approved you will then go through the steps of deciding the style and look of your Adsense ads. You don't get to choose which advertisers appear on your site because that will be determined by the content (wording) on your site.

How To Make Money Using The Google Adsense Program:

The adsense revenue that you earn will depend on a number of things. The more traffic you have to your site the more potential ad clicks that you will get.

Another tactic is to use high-paying keywords. These are words or phrases that advertisers pay more money to advertise for. (You can order my list of high-paying keywords by going to my The Adsense Consultant Blog - Part 2.

As an Adsense Consultant I can tell you that there are some different ways that one can use to increase their Adsense revenue or how much Adsense earnings one can make. You should also be able to find all kinds of Adsense Consultant tips and adsense consulting tips by just find some online sites relating to how one can make more money with the Google Adsense program.

Now there are some people that have earned quite a lot of money using Adsense and there have even been a few Adsense Millionaires out there!

Here is a link to one of my more popular blog posts, Just How Much Money Are People Making With The Google Adsense Program.

Did You Know That Adsense Has A Blog?

What is adsense? Adsense seems to be one of the most popular ways that people are making money with their blogs and/or websites. Here is a link to some of my previous posts about adsense:

My Previous Posts About Adsense

Basically you put ads on your blog or website and everytime someone clicks on one you get paid. Now how much money you can make varies so very much but the more "clicks" you get the more money you get paid! Just click on the link above and you will see one of my previous posts about some of the money that bloggers have made using Adsense - some have made over a million dollars!

Now you can find out more about Adsense and read about how others are making money with their blogs and websites because Adsense has a blog!

Adsense Blog

Adsense Blog

You can find out more about the Adsense program and read about those that have made a lot of money with their blogs and websites.

It's basically a simple process to sign up with Adsense and start making money with your website or blog but many people have problems or just have some questions concerning Adsense that they need answers to. So this blog should be able to answer some of your questions about how you can make money with your website or blog.

A "Word" About Adsense!

I think that Adsense is a GREAT way to be able to make money online! You put adsense ads on your website and / or blog and when visitors to your site click on the ads YOU earn money!

To find out more about Google's Adsense program you can visit The Adsense Consultant's Blog.

BUT I should also say that you do have to do some work. I mean you may get lucky and start earning money once your site is up but for a lot others work is going to be required. So many people think that by just putting up a site and adding the adsense ads to it that it will immediately start making money and it doesn't happen that way for a lot of people.

I also want to stress that you don't have to have a "cajillion" visitors to your site to start earning money with adsense. I am a firm believer in "content is king" meaning that its the content on your site (and how you "work" that content) will determine your adsense earnings!

Using my own self as an example, I'm not an Adsense Millionaire yet, but I am certainly aiming for that goal! So far I have managed to get an Adsense payment for the last 12 months and even with the minimum amount of $100 that you need to earn to get an adsense payment the next month - even "THAT" $100 (I have been making more than that) comes in handy!

Here is a link to a blog post showing just how much some people have been making with the adsense program.

I think their number will (hopefully) pleasantly surprise you!

Making Money With Adsense

I have talked a few times about Adsense and about people making money using Adsense but I have to also tell you that it isn't as simple as putting Adsense ads on your site and then just wait for the money to come rolling in. Of course there are some people that have started making money with Adsense right away. You may be one of the lucky ones that achieve this also but for the rest of you there is some work to be done.

Of course after your site has been accepted by Adsense and you put the ad codes on your site you shouldn't just stop there. Sign in to your Adsense account and start tracking your results. It helps to give your ads a "channel" so that you know which clicks are coming from which sites. Quite simply put a "channel" is a name that you give your ads so that you can track the progress of those ads and the sites that they appear on.

It also helps if your site has a theme! I'm told that Google's Adsense doesn't accept "About Me" sites - meaning sites that just talk about yourself and nothing in particular. Your theme can be almost anything as long as it has a theme. For instance you could talk about where you live and the ads that appear on your site will have ads that have to do with where you live. And that's another thing that you should keep in mind when adding Adsense to your site. Basically speaking Adsense will "crawl" your site and put in the most relevent ads according to the content of your site. For example you may have a site that caters to children so you'll want to be careful about what kinds of ads show up on your site! Adsense has a filtering system that will let you filter ads so you can get rid of the ads that you don't want.

The more traffic/visitors you get to your site the more the number of visitors that will click the ads and the more money that you will make.

"Getting Ready To Dump Google's Adsense" - Don't Do It!

I actually saw somebody post that they were actually thinking of getting rid of their Adsense Ads! I couldn't believe that! They weren't making much money using it so I'm guessing that that is why they are feeling so frustrated.

There is NO WAY IN THE WORLD! that I would consider dumping the Adsense ads on my blog here! Keeping adsense seems to be quite a chore for some people but as long as you follow Adsense's Terms Of Service then you should be fine!

Now getting back to the person that was thinking of getting rid of their adsense ads - I have this to say to you. Almost any blog has the potential to make money using Adsense. Ask people to give you their opinions about your blog. You might also want to consider getting some professional help with your blog. There are professionals out there who can help optimize your blog or website for Adsense, they can provide you with content-rich information for your website or blog to help increase your Adsense earnings.

Getting Rid of Adsense has got to be one of the most ridiculous ideas I have ever heard of!

Adsense!

Yes I am mentioning Adsense again because I just got finished suggesting Adsense to someone that wanted to start an online business but they didn't have any specific business in mind. I know that there are many people that want the security of working for someone else and that's why a lot of them are looking for these kinds of businesses that they can work from home from. With the exception of a couple of businesses, the rest of them I am not comfortable with. I think it is a much better idea to a business of one's own!

Now that's why I mentioned Adsense (again). What can be more simple than starting a blog and putting ads on it? Since you know that you will get paid everytime someone clicks on an ad then that should motivate you to work on your blog/site more! I mean there have been examples of people who have put up sites and never work on them but they still make money on them using Adsense's program - I still say the best way to make money using Adsense is to develope a them for your site. Once you sign up for Adsense and start reviewing your stats you will see what is and what isn't working and you can work on improving it.

Google's Adsense is one of the most easiest ways of making money online that I have ever seen!

Do You Know That People Are Actually Making Money With Their Blogs?

Hopefully by now you know what a blog is but just in case you didn't the term blog is short for web log which is like an online version of a diary or journal that one keeps.

With that being said I'll get back to the subject of this entry which is about how people are actually making money with their blog. In fact there are people that have more than one blog which means that they increase how much money they make.

Now you probably are asking how people are making money with their blogs and the answer is that there are many ways that people are making money with their blogs.

One of the most popular ways seems to be with affiliate programs. A popular affiliate program is Google's Adsense. What happens is that you put ads on your blog (or website) and when those ads are clicked by visitors to your site then you get paid (and I'm talking real money here). Before I go any further I should warn you that you should be very careful in which affiliate programs you pick. Since affiliate programs have become more and more popular some unscrupulous ones are popping up. So it would be best for you to start with the popular and secure affiliate programs such as Google's Adsense.

First you can start off with a blog from Blogger. Here you will be able to create a free blog and Blogger even encourages its bloggers to add Google's Adsense ads to their blog. A good tip is that you should have a general subject/theme in mind when you create your blog. The more targeted your blog is the more targeted your ads will be. Even if you don't have a general theme or subject to your blog you should start one anyway and submit it to Google's Adsense program. Having a general blog is better than not having a blog at all! Once your blog is set up and you have made a couple of entries then submit to Google's Adsense program.

If you're having doubts, once you get to the Adsense page you will be able to read stories about people/businesses that have managed to make a very good income from using Google's Adsense program - in fact I think that the amount of income that is being made from some of these people will shock you!

Unfortunately its not going to be just a simple case of starting a blog and watching the money roll in! You have to keep working on your blog and some of the most successful Adsense Bloggers really make it a career of making their blog's income increase.

You should really start a blog. You may think that you don't have anything to blog about but if there is the slightest hint of you being able to make money from your blog don't you think that you should try it? Doesn't the thought of getting income from just having a blog excite you? It should!

Adsense Consultant?

Just in case you don't know what Adsense is let me give you a little basic info.

Adsense is a part of Google (and I'm sure you know who/what Google is). Adsense puts advertising on your webpage or blog and you earn revenue/money when people click on the advertisements. Basically speaking what you do is sign up for an Adsense account and then you are given coding to put on your website or blog. Now how much you will make will depend on a lot of things like how popular your website or blog is but the bottom line is that you can actually get paid (via check or deposited into your bank account) by having a website or blog.

Now what I find interesting is that people want to join adsense but they are having so much difficulty with it. That is where YOU can come in. If you are fairly proficient with html and adding codes then this is a career that you should consider and believe me a lot of people are having problems with their adsense. You can even show them how to get more traffic to their sites and help show them how to better optimize their sites.

It's not as farfetched as you might think!

A Parent Having To Stay Home To Take Care Of Their Sick Child?

I saw a post from a woman who was asking about work at home opportunities so that she could work from home so she could be home to take care of her sick child. There are only a few legitimate work from home companies that I know of and I give that information to my clients when they are looking for such companies.

But when I saw this woman's post (I did reply to her with the same information that I'm putting here) I thought of some things that she could do so that she could be able to work from home.

My first thought was that she should start a blog and talk about how she has to stay at home and take care of a sick child. How many other parents are in the same position as her? Wouldn't they like to know about others that are in the same predicament as they are? If she started a blog about her experiences with having to take care of a sick child she could add adsense ads to her blog in order to be able to make some money with her blog. Now you may think of this as commercializing one's bad situation but why not take a bad situation and turn it into a better situation? The "power" of blogs is growing and there are so many different types of blogs out there on so many different topics and subjects. Just think about it. Here you have someone who wants to (if not has to) stay at home and be able to look after their sick child. What better a way to work at home then to start a business about the one thing that you are passionate about and in this case that is being able to take care of your sick child.

First of all having a blog will let people from all around the world be able to see it and of those that do see it there may be some that are faced with the same situation that she is going through. You can start a free blog at Blogger.com. Start writing (or should I say typing) in it. Once you have a few entries in your blog you can then apply for adsense - which is also free. Once your blog is approved by adsense you can then get the codes to put on your blog so that you can start making money when visitors to your blog click on the ads. But more than that you will have an outlet for what it is you are trying to do. Of course besides starting a blog ANY parent should look for and find any grant programs that may be able to help them. But in the meantime with the blog you will at least be starting to earn an income if you have adsense ads on them. If you need help with your blog or help with trying to start one or help with trying to optimize your blog for more adsense earnings, I suggest that you take a look at The Adsense Consultant's Blog.

Having a blog can branch you out into other opportunities as well that are directly related to your blog. A lot of people have gotten book deals because of their blogs. Some have gotten direct advertisers for their blog who will pay a lot more than adsense to advertise on your blog. This parent could blog about the difficulties there are in having to have to stay home and take care of a sick child. They can write about the lack of available help for other parents in this type of situation. She can even branch her blog out and start to create her own newsletter about parents who have to take care of a sick child. She could accept advertising for this newsletter. She could charge a fee to subscribe to the newsletter. She could also print out hard copies of her newsletter to give to people who don't have access to a computer. - Thus a career (and business) is born!

"My Area Has More People Than Jobs......"

"My area has more people than jobs...."

I have seen this posted many, many times and as someone that is a Dream Job Consultant, the first thing that crosses my mind is that there is a job opportunity even in that!

The first thing I think about when I see someone who has posted this kind of message is that this person either has access to their own computer or they have access to another person's computer. Now there are limitations when you have to work with someone else's computer but if you are using your own computer then you have a LOT that you can work with!

Number 1 you could start a free blog on Blogger.com and use your blog to talk about the issue of there being no jobs in your area. Once you have added a few entries to your blog then you can apply for adsense and then you can start to earn money and get paid for having advertisements that people click on on your blog!

But there is an even bigger picture here. Since this will be YOUR blog that means that you have control over it. You can post / blog about the issues that affect your area. You can think of this as your blog being your own newspaper or even publishing company! You are the reporter. You are the owner of your blog and you are the editor of your blog!

Where does the money come from? Well adsense is a great option to start out with first because they already have advertisers ready for your blog. This is much more easier than going out and soliciting your own direct advertisers. But once you have adsense ads on your blog you can also now start to solicit your own advertisers!

Visit The Adsense Consultant's Blog to find out more about the adsense program and to take a look at what some others had made using adsense.

But even with the above that doesn't stop your opportunities. You can also visit The Celebrity Blog List and read about Perez Hilton - a man who started his own blog and now has his own tv show!

There is lots that you can do with a blog to help it make money for you!

Take the fact that there are more people than jobs in your area and turn that into an opportunity for you - and hopefully for the rest of your community!

Reviewing "Work At Home" Opportunities

I have been getting requests to review "work at home" opportunities and to be perfectly honest with all of you I haven't seen that many that I would even recommend let alone try for myself.

Adsense is a great way to be able to make money from home but one of the things that you have to understand about adsense is that you just can not make a site or blog, put adsense ads on it and expect to make a lot of money without putting in the work on your site. Are there adsense "millionaires" out there? Here is a link to a blog post about just how much money people have been making with adsense.

There are a couple of other affiliated-programs out there that look promising as well. But just like with adsense you just can't "slap" together a website or blog and then expect the money to just come rolling in!

I also had the chance to check out a few "survey" programs - where you get paid for answering surveys online. With the except of one online survey program, I haven't found any others worth mentioning!

There are a few companies that employ people to work from their homes that I consider to be quite legitimate. But like any other job where you work for someone else, the income that you earn will be limited.

Suffice it to say that I am a big advocate of one starting their own business that they can work from home. Almost everyone has a talent that they could put to good use to start a business that they can do working from home.

How Do You Get Started Working From Home?

Here is a question that I received in my email:

My name is J and I just came across your site. I was wondering if you would have any information about how to get started working from home and where to get jobs (mainly writing)?

First of all thank you for your email!

Well I am a firm believer in taking what you love and turning that into a business but a lot of people don't want to go that way. They are looking for fast and easy ways to make money on the Internet but sometimes those "fast" ways are not the best ways! If you take something that you love to do and are able to sell that online then this is a very good way to start making money online.

A lot of people have found success at using Google's Adsense program to make money online. You can read about how much money some people have made with the Adsense program by clicking here. You can also find out more about the Adsense program by clicking here. Basically what the Adsense program is about is that you set up a website or blog, join the Adsense program and then place ads on your site. When visitors to your site click on these ads - that is where you earn money.

Another new thing that I am noticing is that there are a lot of sites that now have job openings for blog writers. I have seen a lot of these sites cropping up now and they list job opportunities for blog writers. Some of the pay is good and - unfortunately - some of it is not!

If you are interested in finding some blog-writing jobs, just do some searching online and you will find lots of links to different sites that are offering this BUT you have to be very careful when you investigate these sites because you want to make sure that these sites are legitmate!

How Do You Make Money Online?

One of the things that "really" works is......Google's Adsense. This is where you have a website or blog and you add ads to it via Google's Adsense program. Now if you don't think this works then you should go to their messaga forum and read some of the posts from people who are receiving payments every month. I can attest to the fact that it does make you some money but here is the bad news - you have to work at it! One example of someone who is making enough money for it to be full-time income is a guy that has a handyman website.

Some of the most popular ways that people are making money online is with adult sites, gambling and I know of one student who started a bulletin board and made enough money to put himself through college.

The fastest way to make money is to find out how others are making a lot of money and then do the same thing. The best way to make money is to take something you love and turn it into a business.

Google's Adsense seems to be a promising thing to do if you want to make money online. If you want to know more about Google Adsense you should read their message board - full of posts of people who have asked the question of can you really make money over the Internet. Google also has some examples of "success" stories about people who make a lot of money using adsense.

Can You Make A Living From Blogging?

Again another very interesting article about being able to make a living by blogging!

I know a lot of people have often wondered if it was possible to be able to make a living from blogging and the answer is yes. But make no mistake - you definitely have to work at it!

According to The Adsense Consultant "almost any blog has the potential to make money regardless of what the topic is about!". In other words almost any blog has the potential to make money even if it is a blog by a single mother who is just trying to make some extra money all the way to a person who thinks that they have nothing to blog about. (How about starting a blog about having nothing to blog about? or how about starting a blog to complain about something that you don't like?) The possibilities are endless and even then they are only limited by your imagination!

So how do you make money with your blog? Well one of the best ways is to add Adsense ads to your blog. Again, here is a link to a blog post about how much some people have been making with adsense and the numbers will surprise you!

Of course adsense is not the only way to make money with your blog. You could start writing for another blog - there are lots of blogging jobs that are out there such as blogging for popular TV shows like "Ugly Betty".

There are also other Adsense-like programs out there although I'm only comfortahle with only a few of them! Ebay's Auction Ads seems like a very good prospect.

You can also get direct advertising for your blog and eliminate the middleman. For instance if your blog is about flowers then maybe you can get local flower shops to directly advertise on your blog in which they pay you directly to place advertising on your blog.

There have been some people that have gotten book deals because of their blogs! Others have given speeches and seminars and have even been asked to teach a class!

Of course I do realize that this will take some time but if you seriously want to be able to make money blogging then you are going to have to give it your time and effort!

Should You Have A Blog?

In my opinion - YES! Knowing that you can make money with your blog should be reason enough for having one! Don't think that you would have anything to say? Well the fact that you can make money with your blog should give you enough incentive to think of something to say.

What's it like having a blog? It's just like having your own diary (one day soon I'm going to review the movie "Bridget Jones's Diary") where you post entries like your thoughts and so on.... The only difference is that since it will be online that will mean than anyone could view your blog. But I think that that is the appeal of having a blog.

Once you have your blog set up - Blogger.com is a good place to set up your blog and what's even better about Blogger is that they encourage you to add Adsense affiliate ads to your blog. If you're still having doubts or want to see what others blogs look like you can still go to the Blogger website and take a look at other people's blogs.

I have been seeing a lot of websites and blogs that talk about making money with Adsense and blogs. As I have posted before there have even been a few people that have made over $1 Million Dollars using Adsense. And once you start getting those checks you want to make more and more money so you find ways to make your blog/website more profitable. That's what a lot of people are doing now once they have had that taste of getting those Adsense checks!

"Can I Sit In Front Of My Computer And Make Money Online?"

"Can I Sit In Front Of My Computer And Earn Money Online?"

This is a very interesting (and it is becoming a more frequent) question! In a word the answer is Yes - however there are many, many variables here!

Answering this question quite literally you could sit in front of your computer, have a webcam and charge people for being able to view you - of course that is not everyone's "cup of tea" Webcam models are making a LOT of money online and I will leave a "tag" link at the bottom of this blog entry so that you can see some of the past posts that I have made concerning webcam models. But then complications arise because how are you going to accept payment? Paypal is very popular but Paypal will not accept transactions of a "sexual" nature. But there are other ways to accept payment simply because there are so many webcam models online who are accepting payments electronically. And like I mentioned before, webcam models are making a lot of money simply by having a webcam and a way to accept payments.

You can take something that interests you and start either a webpage or a blog. However it will take some time before you can raise interest in your site and the sooner you raise interest will depend on how much work you put into building up your site. You can sell a product, sell a service or accept advertising on your site. With the later you site has to have a good reputation before you even start to approach possible advertisers or sponsors. If you have a pagerank "widget" on your site and your pagerank is high you may get advertisers coming to you! (This has happened to some of those that have sites with a high page ranking). If you sign up for and use Google's Adsense program you won't have to go seeking advertisers because they will already be there for you. Here is a link to a blog post about how much some people have been earning with adsense:

Just How Much Money Are People Making With Adsense?

However even being a part of adsense requires work and effort on your part. You have to earn at least $100 during the month before you will be issued a payment. If you don't make $100 during one month then your earnings will be rolled over into the next month and so on until you have earned a total of at least $100 - then you will be issued a payment by the end of the next month.

So basically the answer to the question "Can I Sit In Front Of My Computer And Make Money Online?" is Yes - BUT it will require work on your part!

"I Want To Work From Home!"

I have been looking to work from home for a long time. I don't have money to put up front and finding something legitimate seems impossible. There are so many scams out there. Right now I just need to make money but I would eventually like to start my own mommy/twin business. Being a mother of twins childcare is outrageous and returning to the work world is going to cost me more than staying at home making nothing. Any ideas?

My email is...........................

Actually from reading your comment I have a few ideas yes!

Well if your first concern is being able to make money now then the best piece of advice that I have posted on my Consultation Page is to find a need and fill it. That simply means that if you can find a pressing need that needs to be filled then you may be able to make money sooner rather than later. What is a pressing need? Since one of your objectives is to stay at home have YOU considered opening up a childcare business? Goodness knows that there are a lot of grant and funding programs out there for child and daycare which I have posted about on both my Grant Basics 101 Blog and my Daycare Grants Related page! And you would be providing a very much needed need!

If this doesn't appeal to you then you might want to try Google's Adsense Program. I have talked about that many times when suggesting legitimate work at home opportunities! With Google's Adsense program you can put ads on your website or blog and you earn money when visitors to your site click on those ads!

Here is a link to a blog post about just how much money people have been making with the Adsense program

This also brings up the related idea of you maybe starting a blog and / or a website that talks about your experiences of being a mother of twins. You can think of it as having your own little newsletter and / or magazine and with that in mind you could solicit (and more better having potential advertisers come to YOU for more direct advertising - which pays much better!

You are right in that a lot of work from home "opportunities" are scams but people are looking for the fastest way to make money and this is not the way - simply because you WILL get scammed!

Are there places where you can work for someone else from your home? The answer is yes but you will have to do some searching to find the legitimate ones. But they are out there! I do in fact know of one program (that I have mentioned many times before) where a company hires those who are disabled and/or those that want to work from home and the people work as customer service representatives! I provide this information to those clients of mine who are looking for legitimate work at home opportunities working for a company.

The problem that I see in those that want to work from home is that it seems that they want to be able to make money right away - like yesterday! This is where fulfilling a need comes in! If you can find a need that has to be filled then you have the potential to earn money sooner rather than later. That is why doing work like child/day care, yard work or even running an errand service have been suggested as good starting businesses for someone that wants to work from home. Another popular business-starting idea is starting a dog-walking business - another need that people seem to need!

As I have always said: the fastest way to make money is to find a need and fulfill it. But the BEST way to make money is to start doing something that you love and turn that into a business!

Your Mommy/twin business sounds like a very good idea to me but like with all new businesses it will take you some time to build it up and build its reputation up! You may want to consider looking into grants to help provide you with some start-up money for your business idea.

I realize that this may be something that you may not want to hear but it really does take time before you start to earn money regardless of whether you want to work for someone else or start your own business. Hopefully I have given you some food for thought to help you decide what you want to do.

I'm A Photographer!

Remember when I said that one never knows what kind of hidden talents they might posess? Well I have recently come to find out that I am a photographer! It never really occurred until I was visiting one of my "art" galleries that I have online. (You can find out more about my "art" by going to my The 3D Beginner blog.

I was looking at other people's art galleries and realized that they had included their own photography into their galleries and I thought to myself that 'hey, I have pictures that I have taken too!' and I started adding them to my art galleries as well.

I have taken quite a few pictures of my local area and have added them to my blog. Now some of the pictures look blurry and some of them are not 100% clear but it is still photography. What is also interesting to note is that most of the pictures that I have taken so far have been with my camera phone. (Note to myself - I need a digital camera!).

Now since I have earned an income from my blogs that means that I can deduct the cost of a lot of things (business expenses) as far as my income taxes are concerned. What comes mostly to mind is that I could buy a digital camera and deduct the cost of it on my income taxes.

Now you may ask about how does this relate to working from home and hopefully it would be obvious but just in case it is not...............................

Because I have a website and blog about my local area, I have been getting email from those that have seen them and these pages are started to get a reputation and their popularity is growing. I have gotten email from some of the local businesses and organizations in the area as well. I put up a picture of our local church and got a nice email from a woman who said that she was feeling nostalgic about the area and was searching online and up came the picture that I had posted of the local church. She said looking at that picture brought back a lot of memories......................

You could start your own little newsletter-type thing about your local area as well. It could be a blog or a website (both that you can get for free!) and you could start to put content on it about your local area. Sign up for adsense so that you can have advertising on your site and start to earn an income from the adsense. Once you reach a certain amount in adsense earnings you can declare this as your business and start to be able to deduct business expenses that are related to running it. Invest in a cameraphone and/or digital camera and go around the area and take pictures. Put those pictures on your site. Let your site build up a reputation and as more and more people come to visit your site it will gain an even bigger reputation. You can then solicit the businesses in your area to advertise on your site. You can make good money using adsense but you can make even more money by getting advertisers directly!

I also have a LaMott Radio (Internet) Station and a LaMott podcast (that I'm still working on) as well. The internet radio station has a yearly fee but the podcast hosting is free.

There are just so many possibilities that one can work with when building up a business such as this. But the important thing to remember is that since your income will be had from advertisers that you have to appeal to them in order for them to want to advertise on your site. Then there can be other forms of income coming from it as well. You could even classify yourself as a reporting and report on different events and issure in your area as well.

There are just so many ways that one can go with an idea such as this one!

Give it some real consideration as a possible business for you to start that you can work from home from it.

Four Ways to Make Money Online

Four Ways to Make Money Online

Here is an interesting article talking about different ways that one can make money online!

It shouldn't surprise you to find out that one of those ways of making money only has to do with having a blog (or two). If you have a blog (or website) you might want to consider adding Google's Adsense ads. You can find out more about the adsense program by visiting The Adsense Consultant's Blog

Work From Home? Are They All Scams?

Of course not!

I work from home and so do many other people!

It's the KIND of work that you are looking for that may be the problem!

I once mentioned about a business that one could start from their home looking at all the sex sites that are online because let's face it - sex sells!

People have come up with all kinds of ways to use the Internet to help make money for them. And just in case you missed the last few times that I have mentioned Google's Adsense program, let me remind you again that this is a program where you add ads to your website or blog and you earn money when visitors to your site click on those ads. I use Adsense and so far I have been getting a monthly payment from them for the past two years! Any income is welcomed! My adsense earnings have allowed for me to pay for some of my Internet access and even some of my regular monthly bills as well and like I posted above ANY income is welcomed!

On the side of this blog I offer an ebooklet listing the names of some companies that are hiring people to work from their homes! These are legitimate companies that are hiring people to work from their homes and there ARE legitimate companies that are hiring people to work from their homes. You just have to be able to know which ones are the RIGHT companies that are hiring people to work from home! Which leads me to a very interesting newstory that I was watching on TV the other day about people who were looking for ways to work from home. They found some online sites where some of them posted their resumes and / or they answered what looked to be legitimate ads looking to hire people to work from home. The problem was that these so-called businesses were sending checks to people and telling them to cash them and send some of the money elsewhere and when people deposited these checks into their bank accounts the checks turned out to be fraudulent and the people ended up having to make those checks good out of their own money!

Unfortunately I can see where people might get taken in for this kind of thing because their need for money is so great! (And what makes the story even more worse is that a lot of these companies turned out to be from Nigeria where a lot of scams are coming from!)

So how does find a legitimate way to work from home? Well if you're looking for a company that you can work from home for you are going to have to do some research! You are going to have to find the legitimate companies that you can work from home for and that is going to require that you do some work to seek them out and find them - But believe me they are out there!

Another solution is for you to work for yourself! What is is that you love to do?

I was watching a very interesting program about people who design wedding dresses and ALL of them loved what they were doing. One woman who started her own design business made $30 Million Dollars last year and when she started she didn't even know how to sew!

This seems to be a re-occuring theme when watching about people who have started their own successful businesses - they love what they do!

So I ask you again - What is it that you love to do?
