Medical Billing?

I just got the following in an email:

Medical Coding Training in your area

Start To Finish on all Medical Billing Programs

Find medical billing courses that fit you

I have lots of online ads relating to doing medical billing at home but I have also seen many posts from people who say that these kinds of things are scams and that they haven't found legitimate work as medical billing jobs online.

If you manage to find a legitimate business that lets you be able to work from home then that is a good thing! But please make sure that it is a legitimate business!

Yes some email ads are just scams. It would be easier if you look for legitimate sites than just relying too much from email ads.

What's curious is that I know that others will respond to this email because they are looking for working-from-home opportunities and they may find out too late that this kind of business is not what they expected.

I suspect that LEGITIMATE businesses wouldn't contact people this kind of way.

This is such a wonderful useful resource that you are providing and you give it absent free of charge. I love seeing web sites that understand the value of providing a quality useful resource for free. It?s the old what goes around comes around program.

First of all there is a difference between Medical coding and Medical billing. Most ads combine them and shouldnt . Medical coding is the process of applying international codes to any possible treatment, diagnosis, procedure, or condition possible to a human individual. The second is medical billing which is filing properly coded documents with insurance companies or with the government in the case of Medicare and Medicaid.Although there a few institutions who offer at home studies for either. It is better to achieve an degree from an accredite school or institution. The subjects are a little more detailed and complexed.

Thank you for pointing that out. That might just be a good indication that the email might be a scam and not knowing what they are talking about.
