"Do What You Love And The Money Will Follow"

Have you ever heard this piece of advice?

If you love doing something, you will naturally become good at it simply because you love doing it and you spend time doing it, more so than the average person. Repetition inevitably leads to improvement. And it’s not like you do the same thing over and over again. You learn each time you do it and get better and better. And if doing what you love incorporates your natural talents, you’re likely to become great at it. Either way, you become better than the average person not only in terms of skill, but in a variety of areas related to what you love to do – knowledge, experience, intuition, contacts made, etc., that you gather along the way.

You start to differentiate yourself from the pack and stand out and that’s when you really begin to put yourself on the path of making money from doing what you love to do.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)

You're so right it is always easier to do things that you enjoy the learning curve is much easier, you must have noticed how difficult subjects were at school when you have no interest in.

Hi Rose,

Thank you for this wonderful blog. Not many people are aware of the fact that doing something you like can also create a fortune whereas people always feel that you have to toil hard to get the money flowing. A simple concept but quite effective.

I think that it is much easier when you are doing something that you love. The problem is though that either people don't think that they can make a living by doing what they love or they want to make money so fast! While I do have a blog about grants and it does provide some basic information about grants and grant programs, it is still possible to be able to make money at doing something that you love to do!

i agree 100%. since being laid off i have been reluctant to jump at whatever opportunities have come my way. i really want to wait for the chance to do what i love.

Sometimes its hard to believe that one could actually make money doing something that they love but all you have to do is do a little checking to find out that someone is already doing something similar to what it is that you want to do - now it's YOUR turn!

I think need to add one more action. It is not enough that you are Do What You Love, but need to be added, namely: "Do What You Love and promote with creative marketing strategy" then you will get the expected results.

Thank you for the compliments about my blog.

I know that advertising whether it be good, bad or "creative" can help one in their business however "word of mouth" is the best advertising in the world and if you are good at what you do then the word will spread!

I definitely agree on thoise statement becuse passion for certain activity is the assurance of a qualitative outcome. I think its the inner drive that pushes you to do things in your best effort and loving what you do creates the most benefits of the results.
